       Nutrition month  is always held every July of the year. We are celebrating the the nutrition month because it is a campaign to create awareness to the people and to know the importance of nutrition. The the theme for this year is "Ugaliing Magtanim, Sapat na Nutrisyon Aanihin"              The main focus of the theme this year is to invest to something that makes you life healthier and to live longer. If we are strict to our food we can be fit and healthy all the time. Balanced diet is important to reduce fats to our body it can also help us to protect our self from viruses. If we practice the proper diet our immune system will be healthier than before. Exercising has a big impact to our body, it can help us to lower the fats and it is good for the heart. If we eat fresh vegetables and fruits our body will become stronger and healthier.         Nutrition Month does not restricting us to eat vegetable and fruits, its just reminding us to moderately consume eati

I salute you that you have waged a war an illegal drugs, that has resulted in ruined lives, wrecked homes and destroyed dreams and future. I assure you Mr. President, that I will support you desire to eradicate the drug problem to our country.   In the year 1898 the government declared that the Philippines is free from the Spaniards. Way back then our country suffered from different wars. Darkness and sadness is all over to this country. But our ancestors became our heroes to light and to give new hope to us. They successfully bring back the freedom that we thirst for. We are celebrating the 120th years of being free or being independent. Its been a decade since our ancestors sacrifice their own life just to save us. We are celebrating the Philippine Independence because we should owe our ancestors for sacrificing their life for our own sake and for being our heroes. Because, without them our country became a servant to the Spaniards and the other countries who colonialist us, we should be thankful for having a heroes like them. We are all standing in the land of darkness and sadness. but because of the help of our heroes they give us a new hope to live again and a peaceful country. We should thank them a lot. Live and be
