NUTRITION MONTH 2018
Nutrition month is always held every July of the year. We are celebrating the the nutrition month because it is a campaign to create awareness to the people and to know the importance of nutrition. The the theme for this year is "Ugaliing Magtanim, Sapat na Nutrisyon Aanihin" The main focus of the theme this year is to invest to something that makes you life healthier and to live longer. If we are strict to our food we can be fit and healthy all the time. Balanced diet is important to reduce fats to our body it can also help us to protect our self from viruses. If we practice the proper diet our immune system will be healthier than before. Exercising has a big impact to our body, it can help us to lower the fats and it is good for the heart.
